Mirachem 500 is a water-based cleaner/degreaser that has been formulated to safely remove oil, grease, carbon and other organic deposits from all types of surfaces while meeting federal, state and local air pollution and waste water regulations.  Mirachem 500 Cleaner / Degreaser is an excellent alternative to hazardous solvents and chemicals.

Mirachem 500 Cleaner / Degreaser is designed for a multitude of industries and applications. Mirachem 500 Cleaner / Degreaser's unique formulation utilizing non-hazardous ingredients, not only provides an environmentally safe product that really works, but also simplifies and may eliminate various environmental compliance reporting tasks.

Mirachem 500 Cleaner / Degreaser is:

•  certified as a clean air product by the South Coast Air Quality Management District.
•  NSF Certified for use in USDA federally inspected meat and poultry plants.
• Contains no total toxic organic (TTO) compounds, which simplifies industrial waste water permitting and toxic organic management plans.
• Contains no ingredients subject to SARA Title III Section 313 part 372 reporting requirements.
• Has an extremely low composite vapor pressure.

Application Techniques:

• May be applied by spraying, dipping, steam cleaning, pressure washing, ultrasonic cleaning, parts washing, submerging, soaking, brushing, sponging or wiping.

• Reapply as need to keep the surface wet

• Allow sufficient time for the product to loosen or dissolve deposits

• Rinse or flush with water

• Hot water or high pressure rinse will provide optimum results

• Where water rinsing is not possible, wipe treated surface with wet cloth or sponge taking care to frequently rinse.

• Reapply if needed or use fiber pad to speed removal of loosened deposits

• When cleaning upholstery, fabrics or carpet, apply by spraying and lightly rub soiled area with towel or soft brush.  Follow by wiping area with clean wet cloth or spray rinse with water and towel dry.

• Mirachem 500 Cleaner / Degreaser will perform successfully in all environments, warmer temperature will improve cleaning times and product efficiency.

• Mirachem 500 Cleaner / Degreaser may be used on nearly any surface that is compatible with water rinsing.  We suggest that the user test the product before using on finished surfaces such as paint, varnish, plastic, etc.  Since these surfaces are composed of hydrocarbon base materials, the product may affect poorly finished or sealed surfaces.
